Mt. Pleasant
Our Firstbank team is very active in the Mt. Pleasant area communities. We proudly support many festivals such as Clare Irish Fest, Mt. Pleasant Mardi Gras, and Shepherd Maple Syrup Festival. Our fundraising efforts support Mercy Hospital, Spectrum United Memorial, CMU Public Broadcasting and athletic events, Big Brothers Big Sisters, United Way, American Red Cross, Optimist Club, Isabella County Homebuilders Association, the Jaycees, and local chambers of commerce by way of donations and volunteer assistance. Team members volunteer on area school boards, sports boosters groups, and city boards. We also participate in Teach Children to Save Day and Get Smart About Credit in many schools, and we award four $750 scholarships each year to area graduates. Our Casual for a Cause Days, during which employees donate $5 to wear jeans to work to support local charities, are very successful. We look forward to continuing to be a large part of the Mt. Pleasant community.
