No. eStatements are FREE.
Yes. You can only access your account statements by logging into our secure Keystone Online website.
Yes. You can view eStatements through Adobe Acrobat Reader.

You will receive your eStatements the same way you receive your paper statements in the mail. For example, if your statements are combined for mailing purposes, the online statement will also be combined.
Login to your Keystone Online account at
www.keystonebank.com and we will guide you from there, or call
either a branch near you or our Customer Service Center at
1-800-453-8700.
Each time one of your statements is produced, you will receive an email notice that your statement is available. As soon as you receive the email, you can login to your account at www.keystonebank.com to access and view the statement.
Let us know immediately, or login to your Keystone Online account at www.keystonebank.com and update your email address under “Options.”
After you login to your account, click on "Statements" to find them.
Also, if your checking and savings account statements are combined for
mailing purposes, you will find your savings statement under your
checking account.
You can view your current statements anytime after the statement date. All of your statements will be archived for 12 months.
Images of your transactions, including your checks, are always available on Keystone Online under “Transactions.”
Yes, you can save the statements on your computer, print them, or save them to a disk. For your convenience, 12 months of your eStatements will be archived on our system.
If you want to start receiving paper statements again, please contact our Customer Service Center at 1-800-453-8700.
Absolutely. Keystone Community Bank uses the most secure encryption software available. Plus, with our multi-factor authentication process, you need BOTH your user ID and password to access your personal banking information.
